All Ezytrail caravans come with a 12-month warranty for first-time owners, covering the manufacturing and/or materials of the caravan’s structure.

Delivery and freight
When your caravan is ready, our team will contact you to arrange a handover at your selected Ezytrail showroom. Estimated arrival times are discussed at purchase and depend on production, freight and stock. Typical lead time TBC
A flat freight fee of $1,000 applies to transport from our production facility to your selected showroom or collection point nationwide. Some remote and regional locations, including Townsville, may incur an additional charge.
We don’t deliver to residential addresses — every collection needs an official handover at an authorised location. Estimated dates are not confirmed dates; supplier delays, public holidays, weather, port closures and other events can affect timing, so please don’t book non-refundable travel around an estimate.

What do I need to tow the Airlie 14 Twin?
The Airlie 14 has an ATM of 2500kg and a ball weight of 205kg (Tare 1970kg). Your vehicle’s braked towing capacity and towball rating must cover those figures. Our guide What caravan can my car tow? explains how to check.
How does the 10% deposit work?
A 10% deposit ($6,499 on $64,990) locks in the current price, including any special offer. After payment, our team contacts you within one business day to arrange the order and delivery. See the Deposit FAQs for refund terms.
What does delivery cost, and can you deliver to my house?
A flat freight fee of $1,000 covers transport to your selected Ezytrail showroom nationwide; some remote areas, including Townsville, may cost more. We don’t deliver to residential addresses — collection is an official handover at an authorised location.
What warranty comes with it?
12 months on the caravan structure for first-time owners, plus a lifetime warranty on F5 chassis and drawbars or 5 years on F3. Warranty details.
